Well, folks, it's that time of year again. The sun is beginning to set a little earlier, the ocean breeze is carrying a hint of autumn, and Mario's Beachside Pizza Truck is preparing to trade in its sandy shores for the familiar streets of San Antonio.
Our summer adventure in Corpus Christi has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment we rolled into town, with the salty air filling our ovens and the sound of waves as our soundtrack, we knew we were in for a special season. Serving up piping hot pizza slices to sun-kissed beachgoers has been an absolute dream. We’ve watched countless sunsets, made new friends, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Corpus Christi has welcomed us with open arms. The local community has been incredibly supportive, and we’ve been thrilled to become a part of your beach days. Whether you were a seasoned local or a first-time visitor, we hope we were able to add a little extra flavor to your coastal experience.
We've also had the pleasure of meeting some amazing food truck vendors along the way. The camaraderie and friendly competition among us has been inspiring. We've shared tips, ingredients, and even a few laughs. It’s been a privilege to be part of such a vibrant and supportive food truck community.
While we're sad to say goodbye to the beach for now, we're excited to return to our San Antonio roots. We can't wait to reconnect with our loyal customers and introduce new faces to our delicious pizza and other mouthwatering treats.
As we pack up our truck and prepare for the journey back home, we want to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who supported us this summer. Your patronage means the world to us. We hope to return to Corpus Christi next year, so keep an eye out for our big red truck! And for our newly found regulars, we will miss you and when in San Antonio come see us!
